David is an Associate Director at Compass Life Sciences, based out of our US HQ in Raleigh, North Carolina. With a track record supporting US and global businesses engage niche and illusive talent within the Clinical and Medical arena, David has built a significant network of industry professionals at all levels of experience. Having successfully delivered on a range of staffing projects, both locally and internationally in areas including Medical Affairs, Clinical Research & Market Access, David is able to draw on his experience to understand and articulate complex assignments to the candidate market and ensure maximum engagement with even the most illusive talent pools.
